Participants must currently be in grades 4 to 6.
Current 4th & 5th Graders (5th & 6th Grade Students in the 21/22 School Year) Clayton students are invited to join a fun fitness and literacy camp! Students who sign up for this two-week, in-person camp will participate in both the Spartan Edge fitness program and the Read Naturally literacy program. Spartan Edge is a nationally recognized program led by Clayton’s Vice Principal, Mr. Hoganson. In this program, students will engage in high-intensity exercise, test out obstacle courses, all while working to develop mental strength and resilience. Read Naturally is a fun and engaging research-based literacy program. Students working with Read Naturally will work to build reading fluency, improve automatic decoding skills, and strengthen comprehension and vocabulary. In the afternoons, students will participate in different enrichment activities.
